Roast pork in Dead Sea salt robe PDF Drucken E-Mail

 Ingredients for 4-6 servings:
• 150 g flour
• 200 g TMO-table salt, coarse
• 800 g pig meat from the thigh
• 1 bunch rosemary
• 1 bunch thyme
• ½ Confederation parsley
• 1 tablespoon pepper - grains, red
• TMO-salt and pepper
• 4 tbsp oil

 

Preparation:
TMO flour and table salt in a bowl mix after einrühren cold water until a firm dough. Approximately 15 minutes.
Oven to 180 degrees Preheat.
Abbrausen meat, dry dab and a large bag inside cut. Herbs wash, dry shake zupfen from the stems and finely chop. Peppercorns in a mortar crushed, with herbs, TMO-table salt, pepper and 2 El oil mix. 2 / 3 of them in the meat case and the rest of the roast deleted.
